我認為這個 thoughtful 是指她表達的想法很有深度。
可參考 Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary 釋義 1b：
characterized by careful reasoned thinking（經過謹慎合理的思考）
Macmillan English Dictionary 釋義 3：
involving careful thought （含有謹慎的思考）
