nature, such as interest rates, rather than calls for more stringent

我的翻譯是：「她說，在希臘已經相當緊繃的經濟局勢下，任何伴隨IMF借款的情況(??)
都很有可能be of an economic nature，就像利息的比例，rather than calls for
more stringent cost-cutting measures。」
這兩段文字都不曉得怎麼中文表達比較好，煩請指教。
