Hence, typhoons usually cause serious : floods. Furthermore, the vegetation in Taiwan is not protected well and ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^ well protected 不知道會不會比較好。 : landslides are very likely to occur whenever typhoons bring much water. 植被沒有妥善保護以致於土地滑動，前後有因果關係，我會把 and 改成 ,so that Nevertheless, typhoons can also fill up the dams so that there will 這裡我不知道是颱風本身填滿水庫，還是颱風所帶來的降雨填滿水庫，不知道降子寫行不行，有請高手能解答。 : be enough water storage for future usage.
