果然是高手，我連ISSUE 問的是什麼都看不懂呢...
Is your improvement request related to a feature? Please describe
Some data path background operations, e.g. hashing snapshot disk file
and backup, usually consume computing and lots of disk IO resources
and significantly impact the forground io (read/write from applications).
To relieve the impact, we can introduce a general throttling
mechanism/framework for the background io tasks.
OPTION:
Backup
Replica rebuilding
Snapshot hashing
