一般口說美語，就如同台灣的國語一樣，會摻雜許多流行語，例如：形容某人其貌不揚
，已經很少人用「愛國」來形容他的外表，而會說這個人很長得「瞎」。相同的，當老外
告訴你，他覺得你真是「on the up and up」，這可不是在稱讚你跟孔夫子一樣讓人「仰
之彌高」喔！
