可能要提醒一下每顆要切４份(總共會有8份), 才不會弄錯。

whipping Cream 應該是指尚未打好的那種液狀的鮮奶油,
: 3 tablespoons of prepared horseradish
: 調味過的辣根醬三湯匙
好像不需要加 "調味過的", prepared houseradish 應該是指辣根醬
因為在國外可以買到生的horseradish, 所以才會說是prepared
: Remove the meat and divide into pieces.
: 取出牛肉，切碎。
我應該會翻:切成數塊,或是數片, 切碎的感覺好像要弄得很細碎。
: Remove and season the cabbage heavily with black pepper.
: 取出高麗菜，並以黑胡椒調味。
並以大量的黑胡椒調味？
: Prepare the horseradish sauce by whipping the cream and
: adding to the horseradish.
: 將以鮮奶油調味過的辣根醬加入。
由於之前的whipping Cream 是液狀的
這個步驟是要把異狀奶油打成鮮奶油,邊打要邊加入辣根醬
