我覺得這邊在談的比較像是Philip對外人的「反應」

他說Philip和Diana不太一樣的地方在於

照文章脈絡這樣看起來我個人會比較傾向he's not someone who's easily
complimented的解法。
Cuz not only is Philip someone who's not easily complimented, but he's
actually the kind of guy who pays no attention to public criticism.
He's just being indifferent to them, or whatever.
