在此先感謝各位先進對於我上次提出問題的指教!!獲益良多~
這次又有新的難題了。
關於境外設立公司投資的證書條款
原文：
During operation time, the company must obey provisions of Vietnamese
Laws, the Investment Certificat, the Charter of the company.
All articles of the Charter of the company is in opposition to contents of
this Investment Certificate and Vietnamese Laws must be understood according
to rules of this Investment Certificate and Vietnamese Laws
我的翻譯：
在營運期間，該公司必須遵守越南法律條款、投資證書、公司章程。
根據本投資證書和越南法律之規定，公司章程中所有條款與本投資證書相反，這是必須
理解的。
問題：
這不是前後矛盾嗎.......???第一段寫要遵守A.越南法律B,本投資證書C.公司章程
可是第二段又馬上寫說，C和AB的內容相反，又要人家理解?
還是說第二段有什麼特殊的意思，而不能照字面來翻譯呢??
以上又要麻煩各位大大來集思廣益了~
