[英中] 請問一句翻譯

一整句看起來很長，但我其實只是想問最前面的「And, not for anything...」要怎麼翻才好？
總覺得這句很模糊，不太了解到底是想表達什麼。
目前個人猜測：not for anything → for something → 對某些而言→在某些情況下？？？XD
