No waiver of breach of all or part of these Conditions shall (unless
expressly agreed in writing by the waiving party) be construed as a waiver of
any future breach of the same or as authorising a continuation of a
particular breach.
試翻:
不放棄違反這些條件的全部或部分（除非有由棄權方提出書面同意書）被解釋為放棄未來
相同條件的違約、或視同授權延續特定的違約。
這裡的 no waiver of breach 不知要如何翻才比較好
