等核心 feature 落實後...
: 我是想說when在此是當成關係副詞
: 也就是說when引導的後面那個句子是等同於先行詞the time之類的
: 只是這個句子省略掉先行詞
: 所以如果我把他翻成「這是一個核心特徵具體實現的年代/時期」
: 不知道對不對
: 不過把when當成「當...時」，翻出來的句子好像也沒差多少
: 「在當時核心特徵被具體實現」
: 只是我自己覺得啦，when在此不是「當」
