[拉英] Catullus 51
Ille mi par esse deo videtur,
ille, si fas est, superare divos,
qui, sedens adversus, identidem te
spectat et audit
dulce ridentem, misero quod omnis
eripit sensus mihi: nam simul te,
Lesbia, aspexi, nihil est super mi,
[Lesbia, vocis,]
lingua sed torpet, tenuis sub artus
flamma demanat, sonitu suopte
tintinant aures, gemina teguntur
lumina nocte.
Otium, Catulle, tibi molestum est;
otio exsultas nimiumque gestis;
otium et regegs prius et beatas
perdidit urbes.
He to me seemed to be equal to a god,
that man, if it is right, to surpass deities,
who, sitting opposite, sees and hears you
sweetly laughing
again and again, a circumstance which to me
rescues all the senses from misery: for as soon as you,
Lesbia, I saw, nothing is left of my,
Lesbia, voice,
but my tongue grows numb, a slender flame
flows through under my limbs, my ears
ring with your sound, my eyes are covered with
twin night.
Leisure, Catullus, for you is troublesome;
in leisure you exult and overly elate;
leisure has destroyed both kings and blessed cities
in times past.
