第一次在翻譯版發文，還請各位前輩不吝指教

我的問題在於想知道,
本句中的dramatic不知道譯成"戲劇感"是否恰當，還是有更好的譯法呢？

我的譯文：當絕頂聰明與瘋癲氣息同時出現在一個人身上時，

本句其實看不太懂，斟酌之後認為可能是這樣的意思，但恐有誤解
還請各位先進給予指點
