1.長期以來,敝公司的獲利全部卡在貴公司的貸款上

: 2.過去敝公司每年有盈餘,資金也可以應付
In the past, profits and circulated funds can let us manage this situation
at ease.
3.但由於去年敝司虧損,貴公司又欠款高達300萬美金
: 若貴公司再不還款的話
