補助訓練之外，韓國政府還針對29歲以下青年，進行海外工作媒合，以及2到3年的海外實習機會。就連要到海外就業訓練，韓國政府也提供往返機票。 Besides the training allowance, the Korean government also aims at the teenagers below 29-year-old providing overseas jobs matching and two or three years’ intern chances. Even if they need to be trained abroad, the government would furnish them round-trip tickets. 這些，都是2008年，韓國前總統李明博提出的「全球青年領袖養成事業計劃」。計劃的目標是在5年內，培養10萬青年大軍──海外實習3萬、海外志工2萬，以及海外就業者5萬人。 All of these are the “Global Youth Leader Program” which had been proposed by Li Mying-bo, Former South Korean President, in 2008. The objective of this program intends to train 100,000 youths within five years---30,000 by overseas interns, 20,000 by overseas volunteers and 50,000 by overseas employment. 韓國政府清楚掌握「韓勞」的數量與去向外，同時照顧他們外流後的生活。 The Korean government knows well the numbers and whereabouts of the “Korean labors,” and takes care of their overseas life. 「韓勞」回流帶回競爭力 “Korean labors” brings competitiveness back 此外，2009年，韓國政府針對重點產業，推出短期海外實習計劃。韓國知識經濟部的「全球貿易人才海外實習計劃」，針對貿易、整廠輸出、海外會展三大領域，培育人才。每年挑選1000人，送往海外企業實習2到3個月。 In 2009, the Korean government directed at key industries providing short-term overseas intern program. The Ministry of Knowledge Economy held Global Trade Internship abroad program which aims at trade, package plant export and overseas exhibition cultivating talented person.
