以您的說法來看，t公司在客觀事實上的確是代工廠（全球晶圓代工龍頭），這樣是不
是process technology 更為正確呢@@若production capability像方案商（指的是像cons
ultant？）好像跟原文及此t公司更遠了。
另外在google上查了相關資料，不過因為內容不完全一樣所以在發文第一時間沒有提供，
現在還是希望可以當作參考 （在說什麼
