爬了文，也去法律板看過都找不到相關的資訊
希望有強人幫我一下！ 原文如下：
１原判決關於上訴人應給付被上訴人新台幣XXXX元廢棄。
２前開廢棄部份，被上訴人之請求駁回。
如果翻成這樣可以嘛？
1. Revoke the previous judgment that appellant should pay NTD XXX to appellee.
2. Dismiss the demand of appelle in the previous revocation.
