第一個建議用reverse
第二個建議用dismiss
reverse在法律上通常指上級法院推翻或撤銷下級法院的判決
dismiss 通常是用在駁回當事人訴訟上請求
或因為訴訟程序上的瑕疵而駁回整個案件
第一個句子是廢棄原判決 因此建議用reverse
the judgment that .....is reversed
第二個句子是駁回被上訴人法律上請求 因此用dismiss
the court dismiss appellant's appeal...
