[問題] 請問翻譯有無錯誤

各位版友好我不是譯者只是論文資料使用原文書籍（可是英文不好XD）最近準備要把論文交出去正在最後檢查的階段發現有些原文重新看過卻得出和當初不太相同的想法大綱口試時已經被口委罵翻得不正確因此有點神經質和焦慮想請問專業的各位哪一種是對的（p.s.是在談論繪畫）英文原文： "I set certain rules for myself and I suppose those rules were very exclusive. Never putting paint on top of paint. Never touching anything twice. And I didn't want the things to look arty (which I thought of as hand-made), I wanted them to look as if they had come about on their own.
