[英中] 契約英文的翻譯
小弟在看契約英文的參考書時，試著翻譯其中的例句
Seller may terminate this agreement...;provided however, that
any amount owed by Buyer under this Agreement must be paid
to Seller in accordance with this Agreement.
我是翻譯成
賣方得中止契約...,唯契約中之欠款,買方應依契約支付給賣方。
其中款項部分,參考書上是:買方需依本契約之規定,支付賣方應支付之金額。
所以問題在於,為何是賣方應支付之金額?應該是買方吧...或是賣
方買方共同訂的價錢吧?
希望各位大大能幫小弟解答。
