原中文為：立法院今天三讀通過修正工會法，明定教師可以組工會。修正後的工會法規定，教師只能組職業和產業工會。換句話說，教師不能在學校組工會，要參加縣市或者是學科工會，此外根據現行法令，教師也不能罷工。教育部表示，考量公私立學校教師在學校層級內組工會，可能會衝擊到台灣現有教育生態，影響校園安定及學生受教權利，所以限制教師組產業工會。我試譯英文如下，但中間「參加縣市或者是學科工會」部分不曉得怎麼翻，其餘部分也不確定是否無誤，再請大家不吝給予意見 The Legislative Yuan three read through trade union law which allows teachers to organize trade union. The revised trade union law regulate teachers can only organize trade union and industrial trade union. In other words, teachers can’t organize trade union at school. They can only joint . Besides under the current legislation, teachers can’t go on strike. The Ministry of Education expressed that considering the possible impact on the existing education ecology in Taiwan, allowing teachers in public and private school to organize trade union under school level could influence the stability in campus and student’s right to study.
