The study aimed to investigate the relationship among corporate social responsibilities, service quality and purchase intention in 7-ELEVEn based on consumers' perception, and the perceived value as mediating effect. 本研究以高雄地區7-ELEVEn消費者為研究對象, 探討消費者知覺7-ELEVEn從事企業社會責任、服務品質和購買意圖之關聯性, 並且以知覺價值當作中介效果 The subjects were 7-ELEVEn consumers in Kaohsiung area. Questinaire was used as an instrument in this study. 350 questions were received and considered valid for the study. The data were further testified via the statistical method of regression and hierarchical regression. 研究以問卷調查方式進行,採便利抽樣回收350份有效問卷, 所得資料以迴歸和階層迴歸進行假設驗證, The results indicated as follows: First, the corporate social responsibilities and service quality positively affects the purchase intention. Second, the corporate social responsibilities positively affects the perceived value, but service quality partially affects the perceived value. Third, the perceived value positively affects the purchase intention. Fourth, the corporate social responsibilities and service quality have positively affect the purchase intention via the perceived value. 其結果發現:(一)企業社會責任和服務品質對購買意圖有正向影響, (二)企業社會責任對知覺價值有正向影響,而服務品質對知覺價值僅有部份影響, (三)知覺價值對購買意圖有正向影響, (四)企業社會責任和服務品質可以透過知覺價值正向影響購買意圖。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.123.84.235
