消防英文上的enclosure envelope，
是將building Envelope與building Enclosure合在一起談。
building envelope指的是，
隔絕建物內外之空間；
building enclosure是指建物外層，
作為維持室內環境（含機械空調系統），
且提供其溫濕度控制的設施。
因此，
enclosure envelope是建物外層，
具隔絕與溫濕度控制的包覆空間。
那麼，
enclosure和envelope兩字，
分別要如何中譯呢？＠＠
