[英中] 學程翻譯
最近再幫一個朋友翻譯他在國外讀書的學程
因為還要去做翻譯公證 所以最好一字一句翻 彈性修改空間不大
結果翻得很卡很卡的....
原文：
Business and Professions Code Section 4980.38(b) requires each applicant to
submit to the Board a certification by the chief academic officer, or his or
her designee, of the applicant's educational institution that the applicant
has fulfilled the requirements enumerated in Sections 4980.37 and 4980.40,
and subdivisions (d) and (e) of Section 4980.41.
譯文：
根據商業與專業守則第4980.38(b)條要求，每個申請人都要完成其所屬教育機構要求的
課目，且該學程需符合第4980.37及4980.40，以及第4980.41節的（d）和（e）細則，
申請人必須提交給（行為科學）委員會一份由其教育機構裡的最高學術首長、或指派
的負責人的認證。

根據商業與專業規約第 4980.38 條 (b) 款規定，每個申請人都必須向（行為科學）委員
會提交一份由其就學機構中最高學術主管、或受其指派之人所簽署的證明文件，內容載明
該申請人已符合第 4980.37 條、第 4980.40 條以及 4980.41 條 (d)(e) 兩款所列之規
定。
