[雜問] 求救，Trados 2011的認證問題
我今天早上購買了SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus
不過適用到下午時，因為和WORD發生了點衝突
所以刪掉重新安裝，在解除認證碼的時候好像選錯選項(英文不太熟，但卻只有英文介面)
結果現在兩組認證碼都和我說無法使用?????
有人知道該怎麼樣和對方聯絡，或是搞定這是什麼回事嗎!??
目前是SDL Trados Studio 2011可以用
SDL Passolo Essential 2011 SP6認證時和我說
activation failed
the activation code does not match our records. please enter the activation
code that you got from http://oos.sdl.com or contact your sales
representaTive.
(support reference:wronglicensenumber)
我快被搞糊塗了OTZ
目前確定是SDL Passolo Essential 2011 SP6的認證碼無法使用
SDL Trados Studio 2011買的是 Freelance Plus
但是卻無法在兩台電腦上同步認證
