在On Writing（<<史蒂芬．金談寫作>>）這本書裡看到一段話，覺得很有意思。
試著自己翻了一下，卻覺得翻得不是很好，也不知道自己是不是有抓到史蒂芬金的原意，
以下為原文(英文)跟我自己的試譯(中文)：
"...stopping a piece of work just because it's hard, either emotionally or
imaginatively, is a bad idea. Sometimes you have to go on when you don't feel
like it, and sometimes you're doing good work when it feels like all you are
managing is to shovel shit from a sitting position."
「...不要因為一個作品很難寫(像是不喜歡這個故事或不知道要怎麼接下去)，就半途
而廢。有時候，就算不想寫，你也要逼著自己寫下去；有時候，當你覺得自己根本只是
在坐著挖大便的時候，一部好作品其實已經不知不覺中在你筆下逐漸成形。」
