This research involves inserting genes FatA and FatB into the plasmid
pET30b(+), and thus successfully transforming Escherichia coli strain
BL21(DE3), resulting in a recombinant strain with high fatty acid
productivity.
是我自己寫的話大概會寫成
Genes FatA and FatB are inserted into expression vector pET30b(+),
the recombinant vector used to transform E. coli strain BL21(DE3),
and a highly fatty acid producing strain is obtained.
