我覺得 "most" 有「大量」的意思，而原文單純指「第一名」的是機車騎士。
例如
機車 57%、汽車 40% -> 不會講 most
機車 80%、汽車 20% -> 會講 most
男生 55%、女生 45% -> 不會講 most are boys
男生 85%、女生 15% -> 會講 most are boys
我大概會翻成：
Motorcyclists account for the majority of traffic accident deaths,
at 57%.
