這兩段為何不翻成中文呢?
以下是網路查到的單字
reckless: 不注意的,大意的,鹵莽的,不顧後果
indifference: 漠不關心
probably: 可能,大概,或許
utter: 全然的,絕對,完全
除了第二段前面的故意(有意使其發生)之外,其他好像不少是過失的範疇...
最恐怖的是"from her knowledge of existing circumstances and conditions"這句,
上了法庭法官對於醫護應該知道的knowledge期望可能會高於一般民眾,
而且很多急救措施都是"probably result in injury"
更不用說是否reckless indifference恐怕是要由法官來心證...
