XXIII - property shall fulfill its social function;
因而相應部分稍做變更。

: purpose of agrarian reform, rural property that is not performing its social
: function." [Article 184.]....
對於沒有善盡其社會職責的農村土地，憲法明訂政府得以農業改革為目的
加以徵收利用。[憲法第一八四條]
