: Eighteen subjects performed isometric,
: submaximal gripping contractions using a grip dynamometer
: at four different grip span settings
: while the pronated forearm rested on a horizontal surface.
: 18個受試者進行等長收縮，
: 使用手握式測力機在4個不同跨握度設置
: 當前臂靜置於水平面上進行極限下吸氧量手握收縮。
十八名受測者，前臂平置，手掌向下，在四種不同
的握距設定下，以握力計測量其等量握力收縮。
