1. Lessees do not have the right to cancel this lease and avoid his obligationsthereunder by forfeiting the said security deposit. In addition on the first day of the lease, the First And Last months rent are due. 房客不能以扣抵押租金的方式終止租約與逃避其應負的責任。租約開始的第一天，第一個月跟最後一個月的房租就到期了 2.Lessor will not repair or replace ceiling or attic fans, as they were installed by a previous occupant. Lessor does not provide pest control. Lessor is not responsible for maintenances of telephone or cable wiring. 房東不負責維修或更換屋頂或抽風機，因為是前一位房客所安裝。房東不提供除蟲服務，房東也不負責電話跟網路的維修。 3.
