QE規模下半年起縮減　亞股全數倒地 The size of QE will shrink in the second half, causing a slump of Asian stock markets 美國聯準會發布會後聲明，本來市場期待聯準會主席柏南克會對QE退場表達比較符合市場的談話，沒想到他更明確立QE退場的時間表，下半年會減緩買債的規模。這個消息一釋出，不僅美國股債齊跌，亞洲市場更是全盤皆沒，台股也因此下跌近百點，市場反應相當劇烈。不過，QE的退場定調，也在暗示美國經濟逐漸回升，市場不全然悲觀看待這個消息，也有法人認為這也可能是利空出盡後的加速趕底，接下來換基本面行情接手。 The U.S. Federal Reserve issued an after-conference statement. After the release of this news, not only both the stocks and bonds slid in the U.S., stocks also fell in all Asian markets, leading to a drop of about a hundred points in TAIEX and a drastic response from the market. But the finalization of QE's exit also suggests the gradually rise of the U.S. economy, and the market does not view this piece of news with full pessimism.
