after i re-read the paragraph, i think this word "could" only means that it
is one of the company's options -- but there is no guarantee that the company
CAN actually find someone. Devil is always in the details, no? :)
試改: 至於北美部門，公司會願意去找人來合夥經營
但同時也不排除把整個部門賣掉的可能
