Google了一下，從前面一句開始大致的意思是：
流入中國的熱錢潮之所以緩和下來，並不是因為外資撤走所造成的，
同時「也不是因為許多中國大型企業突然在海外地區進行更大量投資，
而將更少的獲利匯回中國本土。」

: 其中的 「initial revaluation」該怎麼解釋會比較恰當？字典給的解釋翻起來

這個我就不太確定了，應該是類似「回調、緊縮」的意思。
