為何會有租客的產生 原因百百種
有嫌房價太貴 先租屋 以租待買的
也有沒太多現金只能租屋....等
租屋考量除了地點 喜好
最關心的是這間房屋要租多少 能力可否負擔
租金和薪資水準有很大關聯
一個家庭會衡量租金上限
以能力範圍內尋找合適的物件
如果租金太高 就不會考慮
大家普遍希望有便宜的租金
有便宜的租金出現 一定很多人搶
這是果還是因? 眾說紛紜
房價租金比高或低
對一位想租屋的人來說 很重要嗎
個人認為薪資才是影響一般居住租屋市場最大因素
因為薪資是用來付房租
房價租金比是事後分析的
