效益主義的醫療，大概會導致救急不救重。
急性心肌梗塞，如果能在幾個小時內做心導管，及時把冠狀動脈打通
病人可能可以繼續健健康康的再活二十年
若都不治療，那死亡率可能有一半
當然，要維持一套能盡量壓低Medical Contact-to-Balloon time的系統，也並不便宜
癌症末期，再怎麼用盡一切手段，可能也只能延長一個月
而且很可能是bedridden，drowsy甚至coma的一個月
採取效益主義的話
大概就是把大部分資源投注在救治急性心肌梗塞上面
末期癌症就...
Somehow...我不是很反對這種作法，雖然也說不上贊同。
