如果是比較非專業性的文章，也就是很注重「讓一般人看懂」
的文章，我會這樣翻：
他們可能會開始陷入身心活動停擺的憂鬱狀態，即使因為重新找到目標
而脫離這種狀態，往往也還是回到最初令他們困擾的老樣子。

To translate, one must have a style of his own, for otherwise the
translation will have no rhythm or nuance, which come from the
process of artistically thinking through and molding the sentences;
they cannot be reconstituted by piecemeal imitation. The problem of
translation is to retreat to a simpler tenor of one's own style and
