我沒有在做翻譯，不過想翻看看:p (我不管，我就是想翻嘛)
他們可能會開始陷入沮喪，好一段時間都把自己封閉起來。如果有了新的目標，
他們就能走出這個狀態，但還是常常會掉入同樣的循環，陷入最初的麻煩。
